Stair numbering

Any easy way of numbering stair threads in plan and section, as opposed to
the autocad way?

You can use the stair tag supplied with Revit to Auto Number Treads

that will give you a total number of stairs. (You can customize you're own)
If you are looking for numbering each of the stairs theres no automatic way

I've been considering a 2-pick annotation or detail item that would autocalc
the treads or risers based on an input tread length/riser height. Not quite
as automatic as a tag, but still better than manual input.
