Hi, I'm using 2014 at the moment - great program. I've seen the list of new features for 2015 and I have the installation files - just wondering what the concensus is on the new version before I go through the whole upgrade process. Is it stable? Any major bugs? Any reason not to upgrade?
Thanks
- Mick

Yes, it's as stable as any. I upgrade every year and have always found the changes and modifcations to be well worth it. I look at each version more as an significant update rather that than a major program overhaul.
Just keep in mind that Revit is not backwards compatible. So once you start using a new version you will not be able to open a file in an older one. This generally becomes an issue if you are working on projects with other consultants that have not updated their versions. The good news is as long as you are on subscription you are able to use previous versions.
Hi Mick,
I have found several blog postings as below. Hope they could give you some ideas on this.

Thank you for your posting!
Thanks for the replies CDV and Yuri
CDV - I don't need to share files, so compatibility isn't an issue - but an excellent point to highlight.
Stability is my biggest criteria - as pointed out, the feature list is only incremental, so not worth the hassle if there's a dud version release.
As I run a 'suite', uninstalling can be a big issue - so it's worth checking before taking the plunge.
I'll check out those links Yuri, much appreciated.
thanks

I'd upgrade for the improved performance alone...
