I wonder why the "From Room: Area" or "To Room: Area" parameters are not available in schedules, while "From Room: Volume" is available. (Windows Schedule Porperties, Fields, Select available fields from : From Room or To Room).
I'm not sure why Area is not available. Since volume is L (length) x W (Width) x Height I wonder if you could create a formula to get it! Other than that I suggest asking development at the following link.
