Schedule of revision cloud commentaries

Can somone please help me make a schedule of the commentary field/parameter for the revison clouds?  Seems what is possible with revisions are prettz limited to the existing set up out of the box.

Can you be a bit omre specific - is it the schedule itself in the titleblock? or something in the project file...

I prefer to have it in the Projekt file as a schedule, but it can also be in the title block. I just need to find a way to show the list of Kommentaries for each revision and drawing number.
