Saving a Revit 2013

Is it possible that i can save a revit 2013 drawing and open it in revit 2011 file?

No.  Revit is not backwards compatible.

You can try exporting to IFC and then importing the IFC to Revit 2011, but the objects will lose most of their information.  You will get mostly just the geometry of the model and not much more.

No backwards compatibility from one version to another version of the exact same software program. And that is how Autodesk treats its customers!
