Rotated viewport text

When I rotated my viewport plan counterclockwise on a sheet the text in the view did not re-orient. Is there a way to rotate it globally for the view?

I believe you can use "View Rotation on Sheet" in the Properties dialog box.??

cheers

Yes, I used view rotation from properties. That is when I discovered that any text in the view also rotated so it is harder to read. I was wondering if there was a setting that would re-orient the text to horizontal again. Otherwise rotating the plan is not a good option even though it fits on the sheet better. I would be better off using matchline and cutting the plan to two different sheets so my text would be horizontal (all the door numbers too). Any ideas?

you can also rotate the view itself, so not on the sheet.

click the crop region and rotate.

after rotate put in the annotations

Rotating the crop region as suggested works, but is highly unintuitive.  I strongly suggest Autodesk take another look at this problem, as it seems like it would be a breeze to set up properly.
