Roof not included as an analytical surface

Hello,

I am a student and I was passed down a Revit model to work with for my project. I am exporting it by Spaces in Revit 2013 and have created a space which I want to analyse out of Revit. However, I noticed the roof is not being seen as an analytical surface and hence was not exported the way I intended. It is the upper most grey portion of the model above the ceiling highlighted in blue as seen in the attached picture. I wish to include it as part of an energy model to be processed and imported into eQuest. Can anyone bring me through what's wrong here or what I could do to include the entire roof as part of an analytical surface?
