Make sure to have the latest FlexLM.. Check if you've given the right
servername/macaddress when licensing, any mistypings? [see top of
licensefile, open in wordpad].. Any network restrictions? User restrictions
for any Registrykeys? You might check the error status -12 at
Macrovision.com
