Right tool to sweep a tunnel

Hi I am still new to Revit.  I have modeled a subway station, now I want to sweep a tunnel down the centerline of the rails.  what is the right tool for a job? I can't find a sweep option of In-Place Mass.  Just FYI the tunnel section has two closed loops to define the wall thickness with a void space in the middle.

If you want to make a sweep in In Place Mass, simple create a closed shape in a vertical named Reference Plane and a Model Line (can be a series of lines and curves with the first segment perpendicular on the vertical Reference Plane) in the horizontal Floor Plan , perpendicular onto the named Reference Plane. Select the shape and the line and Modify > Create Form > Solid Form

Then , in Project >Architecture > Wall by Face
