Revit in a Citrix Environment

Does anyone have any knowledge of using a Nvidia Grid card in a citrix environment. Currently with our Xenapp setup, regens and pan/zoom type commands are making Revit via Xenapp unusable. The thought for our internal cloud server would be to install one of the grid cards to take advantage of GPU acceleration. Would one of these be overkill in this environment? Does a VDI setup make better use of this card? Would Xenapp do just fine with a quadro?

I am really hoping Autodesk has tested something for optimal setup. We are trying to run Revit via citrix Xenapp, 2012 works wonderful, but 2013 and 2014 are all lag. Any guidence would be appreciated.

The difference in performance that you're seeing is likely related to the change from OpenGL to WARP in Revit 2013. While I'm not aware of an official study, if you have a card that can allow remote graphics acceleration I would expect that you would see better performance. Hopefully some other users on here may be able to weigh in.
