Revit Vs All other AEC softwares

Hello,

Does anybody have a clear comparision of Revit Vs all other AEC softwares? I have information in bits and pieces every where. Is it possible to get a single document on this subject?

Please help.

well the reason I went with revit is because its compatable with autocad and cheep via the revit series license. #2 autodesk is behind it.
