Revit Updates Error

Hey everyone,

 

I receive this error when we try to install this Revit update from here. 

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=16841348

 

We downloaded this install from the website of Autodesk and have kept a original installer locally on the c drive in the default location Revit extracts. Is there something I can do fix this.

They may be able to assist more... 

Also have you contacted your reseller for assistance? 

Are you on subscription? If so you can access autodesk technical assistance directly to help with this issue.
