Revit Server Administrator not available

Hi All, we encounter the following error when trying to launch the Revit server web portal,

anyone have solution to this?

1. Check if the RevitServer AutoSynch Service is running on your Local Revit Server.

Adminstrative Tools>Services

2. Make sure you have the latest version of Silverlight installed.

3. Make sure you have good internet connection and use IPconfig flushdns renew.

Also, make sure you are connected to the Central Revit Server--see if you can ping it.

first of all, really this for the reply,,
BTW, we have make sure the services and sliverlight has been installed and running,,
However, we still having the same issue

By the way, here is our current setup,

Two windows 2008 r2 STD with sp1
.net 3.5.1
iis 7

One act as local server and another one is central server,
both server can talk and ping each other,

Or is thr any configuration nid to b done at central server

Did you try rebooting both servers?

Seems like you have everything set up correctly.

but just can't get the thing up

we hav try on few interner browser such as IE, chrome, FF

but still the same...
