Revit Mass Graphic Issue

Hi, any help would be appreciated! I have an imported SAT file (from rhino) that I've brought in as a conceptual mass in revit and it is displaying some weird lines that don't exist in the file. These are even showing up as lines when I export sheets to 2d CAD. Attached is a screen shot. Anyone had trouble with this before? Thank you for your help!

If it can be done in Revit, it is recommended to do it in Revit.
