Revit LT 2013 - Vitreous_China-White-0

The "Vitreous_China-White-0" is an out of the box lavatory. I was able to attache it ONCE to a countertop. Every other attempt failed. So, I copied the countertop with lavatory to other places. Also, the lavatory is showing up red. Why is this happening? Why is it difficult to attach a lavatory to a countertop?

When executing the procedure (adding the lavatory to a countertop) the following message occurs: "Cant cut instance(s) of Vitreous_China-White-0 out of its host.

Could be the Family has a Nested Void inside it which cuts the countertop?

Try using Cut Geometry.

Also check if the Family has "Cuts with Voids When Loaded" enabled.
