Revit + Autodesk 360 Energy analysis

Hello,  I'm trying to use the Energy analysis feature on Revit , and I know i have to be signed in to the Cloud, ....

the problem is,  when I click the SIGN IN button,  it keeps thinking ... and pops up a message saying:

Requested service not available:

The Autodesk service you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable.  Please wait a few minutes and try again.

What should I do?  How exactly does someone access the autodesk 360 cloud from Revit?

My students have educational download Revit 2014. When trying to run
Energy Analysis error: “You do not currently have access to this
service. Your lic period for the sharing service has ended.” Do
students get this service?...some are able to run analysis and some
not. They have Autodesk ID and logged in Autodesk 360 account.
