Revit 2013 to Navis Manage 2012

After a bit of research it looks like there will not be a plug-in for navis in revit 2013, but does have a better clash detection built-in and that navis 2013 will open revit files.

But my question is I would like to continue to use navis manage 2012, is there a way to export revit 2013 to navis manage 2012?

Export the Revit project to DWF and then open that in Navisworks.

Is there a way to go from Revit 2013 directly to Navis Manage 2012 or do you have to export to a different file type to open it?

It sounds like it is easier to upgrade to Navis 2013 that way it can just be opened in navis.

upgrade to navis 2013 if you have that facility (if you are on subscription).

Not sure about Revit 2013, but I was able to export a Revit 2012 model to Navis Manage 2011. Regardless of the Revit version, the 2011 Navis exporter worked. Shame if this is not the case with Revit 2013 where you cannot export a Revit 2013 model to Navis 2012.
