Revit 2013 Toposurface elevation

Hi there.

I created a toposurface by placing points. The lowest contour was 7metres. The contours continued in 1m increments up to 15m. I saved the file and closed Revit. When I returned to work on the the file, the elevations for the contour points had shifted so that 7m was zero 8m was now 1m and so on.

Does this usually occur? If so, how can I control this so that the elevation of the contours remains as initially entered?

Now that the contour elevations have changed, is there a function i can use to shift all elevations up by 7m ... that return the contour elevations to their initial settings?

Many thanks for you help.

this error is not common.

to resolve this, go to any section/elevation where you can select the topography and move it upward by 7m.
