Revit 2012 Face based families

We have a project that we upgraded from 2011 (that has zero issues) to 2012.  After we start moving around the project we notice that the tags for face based content disapear.

Once you nudge the item they come back.   We've tested it on 3 different systems.

Any ideas?

It sounds like this could be graphics related; we can do a few quick tests which I have organized below:

1.  First, under Revit 2012 > Options > Graphics, do you have any Warnings similar to “Older Video Card Driver” or similar?  If so I would upgrade the display driver to the latest recommended driver for Revit 2012:

2.  Also, in the same Options location, test un-checking Graphics Mode > Use Hardware Acceleration (Direct3D).  Close \ Re-open Revit, and see if the same behavior persists.

3.  If so, in the same location, un-check Semi-transparent.  Close \ Re-open Revit, and see if the same behavior persists.
