Can anyone tell me how to print off a list of keyboard shortcuts in 2011. In older versions it was fairly simple, just find the "keyboardshortcuts" file but it's not that easy anymore. Any help is much appreciated. If I missed this in a previous post I appologize.
Thank you,

Hi Laura,
From the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog, you can export the shortcuts to an XML file. You can then open the file in Excel as an XML Table and print from there.
Hope this helps!
Umm . . . where is the keyboard shortcuts dialog box, exactly?

The application menu (Big purple "R"). Then go to "Options". Then go to "User interface" tab. Then click the customize button next to the keyboard shortcuts.
Hi Katie,
Unfortunately this “solution” has the following problems:
To use the analogy, this file is as useful as a spare tire welded to a vehicle. You would need a hacksaw or a blow torch to cut it loose before you could mount it.
Frankly, Autodesk should be seriously concerned about the message this is sending in respect of how “user friendly” their product or policiy is. Considering some other "user friendly" policies Autodesk has implemented it is hard to understand that something like this has gone unchecked.
Obviously your somewhat dismissive answer pointing to this 'lame' solution is not helpful.
Thank you,
BL
Hi,
A more direct rout to dialog box is:
View (tab)>Windows (panel)> under User Interface>Keyboard Shortcuts (command).
Hope this is helpful.

I'm sorry that the current export option is not sufficient. I am not sure that I am seeing or understanding the issues you mentioned though - when I export the XML and open it in Excel I do not see formatting code, it is not one column, and it is sortable. Here's a quick screen capture of what I see:
I've also attached the Excel file. Is this what you see on your end as well, or am I misunderstanding the issues you presented?
Revit has a keyboard shortcut to access the keyboard shortcut menu - just type "KS".
I do not have the same problem exporting the keyboard shortcut info into Excel. After clicking on "Export", I saved the .xml file to my desktop. Right click on the file and "open with" Excel. A dialog box asking how to open the file may appear - select "As an XML List". Click OK and the data appears in columns as Kathryn showed in her screen capture.
Hope this helps.
