Revision Clouds and Tags

Our office standards include showing all revision tags on a sheet, but only the cloud(s) associated with the most current revision. Does anyone know how to hide cloud and tag separately, so that I can lean previous tags unhidden, but simultaneously hide their clouds?

Never mind, I figured it out. In View> Sheet Composition> Sheet Issues/Revisions, there is an option called "Show" for each revision. In this option, you can set the revisions to shoe "None", "Tag" or "Cloud and Tag".

My work flow is much more flexible so I am not caught up on office standards
that might not apply as my work flow/technology changes.

I believe in order to do what you want you will just have to set up your
revisions, to show all revisions for the project, instead of sheet specific
and you will have to create a blank dummy sheet that you do not print out,
but has at least one revision cloud with it's associated number for each of
your revisions on it. Then you should be able to hide clouds on your
construction document set for all but the most current and the list for all
revisions should remain.
