Rendering w/ Autodesk360 & Background Images

I have a rendering set in a model (Revit 2013).  In the render dialog, a background image has been selected.  When I render a draft of the view on my local hard drive, the background image is included.  If I do a high quality image via Autodesk360, I'm given a generic blue background.  Why isn't the image included and how can I get it there???

I tried setting up a background image, and then rendering the view (through the 360 Rendering), and the background image is showing up for me.

If you haven't already done so, try using the following help topic to set the image as the background of the view (outside of the rendering dialog):

http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Revit/enu/2013/Help/00001-Revit_He0/1468-Document1468/1539-3D_Views1539...

Also, I would suggest checking out our 360 forum:

Not only do you have to set the background inside the view using the Grapic Display area in the properties box, but you then must click the teapot to bring up the rending properties box as if you were rendering inside your computer. Select image under the style option under background & load it in the same way (Exacly ) as you did the first time in the Graphic Display area of the properties box. Once done, Hit render in cloud.
