Recessed can height

Can't seem to adjust the height of a recessed can. I placed the can in a floor plan view in a ceiling and it is sitting on top of the ceiling. Any thoughts?

Can you go into a section view and move them down?

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted :smileyhappy:

Thanks for your suggestion. I could not find a tab, button, or command that lets one adjust a recessed can height in a section either.

Is it possible that the recessed cans are automatically set at a ceiling no matter what the ceiling height?

If this is true, I guess  there would be no need to adjust the height of cans, they would automatically snap to any ceiling.

Can I get a confirmation that the height of recessed cans cannot be adjusted?
