-What you want to do is a schedule. All of your elements should be families
with the labels you describe as parameters.
Then with proper filtering, formatting, sorting etc (see help file for
schedule view props) you can have what you want.
-Yes, you can separate by level, using this as a filtering option. If you
don't want levels to appear in you schedule you can make them hidden
(formatting options in view properties.).
I think you will have to read the help file and make some tests. I had some
problems with schedules at the beginning. Now, I have more problems but at
least I can do the basic :-))
