Properties Palette - dimension section - 'slope' information blank

Problem:

In the 'Dimensions' category / section of the Properties Palette, the 'slope' information box remains empty while the other info bars (perimeter, area, and volume) populate.

Why? / What do I need to do to have the slope info show up?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Kelly

  1. You have to activated slope in Sketch mode - Image 001
  2. or use Slope Arrow with slope choice (not Height at Tail ) - Image 002

in order to activate Slope value in Properties

It would be useful to mention in your question what type of object you are talking about.

Slope in properties palette is available only for elements like Floor, Roof, Ceiling that can take slope value when in sketch mode as shown by constantin.

when slope is thus given, it is shown in properties.
