Problem with text - vertical rotation

Hi there. I need to have vertical lines in my title block but when I rotate text it is rotating in that way that I  read it from the bottom to the top where as it needs to be orinetated to read from the top to the bottom........can anyone help please?

If I am understanding this correctly, you should be able to select the Text and disable the option "Keep Readable" under its Properties.
