Problem creating section through custom family

Hi,

I am a relatively new Revit user (9.1) and am working on a project in our office.

I have been creating WC cubicle families, with a view to taking sections, elevations from these.

I have placed the family into the model - but when I cut any sections through the cubicles to show the WC and rear panelling, the only view I can get is an elevation of the exterior cubicle doors.

If I edit the family, I can cut the required sections through, without any problem, but I cannot use these in my final sheets.

Basically, can anyone advise what the problem may be?

I just tried to post up cubicle family I created, but it failed. The entire project model which is sized at around 30MB now, so would be difficult to post/send anyone.

Thanks for any advice offered. If I cannot resolve this soon, I'll end up drawing the elevations in drfating mode, which kinda defeats the purpose of drawing them in the model!

Some families don't have a sectional cut view. Furniture and Furniture
Systems both are not cutable. You'll need to make the families generic if
you wish to section them.
