Point Cloud inserted at wrong coords

I have a point cloud that is tied into NAD83 with coordinates roughly N700000 E600000. When i insert the cloud, the data has shifted about 6" in the northing and 1' in the easting. I know Revit only uses international feet and not US Survey feet and there is a difference between them. Is there any way to get these clouds to lie where they are supposed to? and when will AutoDesk finally add US Survey feet to Revit. Thanks
