is it possible to draq in the plumbing plans on Revit Arch

The required tools for plumbing are not available in Revit Architecture.

 

You could use just the detail lines tool to draw 2d lines or Model lines for 3D lines - but there is no mass to them.

 

So technically no you cannot.

Are you trying to see what the Plumbing Engineer has done in your Architectural Model?  If so, and if the Plumbing Engineer is using Revit MEP (same version as you are using), you can link the plumbing model into your model.  If the Plumbing engineer is using AutoCAD, you could also link one or more of their drawing files into your model.  If they are using AutoCAD MEP, they may have to export to AutoCAD to explode the MEP objects so that you can see them when you link to the CAD file.  (They would export to a different file, keeping the AutoCAD MEP file intact for additional edits.)

Is that what you wanted to do?
