Plan view disappears

I've created a Gross Building Area Plan for the 4th floor of a  story building. The plan does not show up in the view. I've checked to Graphics Override, Underlay, Graphics Display Option, View Range, and Depth Clipping. I've also tried creating the view with the "Do not duplicate" boxed in the New Area Plan window checked and unchecked. This is the only floor that is giving me trouble and I don't know why.

Does the area boundary come when doing Gross Building Area Plan? They are determined based on the Scheme and Area Type. The basic rules can be found here: Area Type Rules. Revit will use the external face of the wall for a gross building area scheme/type. Also could you send us the file so that I could test and troubleshoot the issue at my end?
