Openings in glass roof sloping

How I can get openings on glass roof ? I tried on perpendicular opening but this don't work

Opening by face or by "vertical", depending on the situation.

openings by vertical is okay

but by face get wrong

i think because i've created the roof by mass surface

Are you getting an error? If so, what is the exact wording?

 

If you can upload a small sample file, it would give the community a better idea of what you are seeing.

i send the file roof, openings by face get wrong

Edit the mass, make a void. Update the curtain system to the new face.
