No connection to server

Hey guys,

 

I am logged into autodesk 360 cloud in Revit but when I go to "View" and then "Render in Cloud" this error message appears. "No connection to server. Please confirm that you are able to use the internet and that your firewall is not blocking secure connections. Sign out and then sign in again from the autodesk online services menu at the upper right corner of the Revit window, then try again. " I have tried to "sign out" and everytime i click the button nothing happens. I have signed out online too and signed back in and it still won't let me Render. 

 

Please help with this problem I have a serious deadline coming up and cannot get anything rendered.

I have the same problem, someone can help us? when i go to the render gallery the web page show  " Server Error in '/' Application." There is a problem of the server?
