Monolithic Stair with missing tread

Is anyone else experiencing monolithic stair with top tread missing - see attached image. The plan has irregular treads and I did pull the top riser line away from the boundary intersection but it had not affect.

Any sugestions for a workaround?

Or is this just a "feature"

Have you checked the "begin with a riser" option?

1.Select the stairs

2. Edit Type

3. Under Riser > check: begin with a riser

Hope that helps.

The stair is set to "begin with riser" and it drew that riser along with all the others - it's the tread that missing.

In my experience, which is probably similar to yours, meaning not an expert, I have found that with stair problems, the only solution sometimes is just to play with every conceivable combination of settings and adjustments until something goes wright.

Typically it's some small thing that just needs tweeking or some option or variable, such as max. tread depth, etc. that needs to be changed. Revit is extremely fussy if you don't do things exactly the way it wants Have fun.

What i found to be a solution was simply redrawing the part where i had missing steps. And it works always. I don't know what the exact issue is though.
