Model in place - Void issues

I´ve created a component (furniture) with some extrusion solids and some voids.

It shows fine in the 3d view, but in plan view (hidden lines) the void doesn´t cut the solid extrusion. See the image attached.

Can anybory help me? Thx

PS.: I´m using Revit 2014 with the Update 2. And I've checked the cut plane offset too.

Hi. Furniture components are non-cuttable. which means will show the furniture as if you're looking from top. Change the category to casework.

Just to double check, have you cut the void from the solid?
