Model Lines on a curved wall

How do you draw model lines on a curved wall...like showing stucco control joints on a curved wall?

Instead of using model lines, on that type of instance, you may have to use an applied wall sweep/ Reveal to "model" the joints due to the curve. Otherwise, the vertical lines would have to be on a series of named reference planes, one for each model line, and the horizontals much the same, except a curved model line draw in plan, with named reference planes, set at each elevation, and one by one made the active view plane, draw one line, then set another active, etc.
