Missing sketch toolbar

All of a sudden when I go into sketch mode, I can no longer see a tool bar giving me the sketch tool options.  The same is true for editing or creating a fill region.  any ideas of how to get these back?

Thanks!

What is your Revit version? What is your operating system? Do you have .NET 4.5 on your machine?

Did it work before on the same machine?

If you have Revit 2013 or 2012 on Windows 8 it might be .NET issue. Try to install the service pack.

I've seen graphic cards can affect this too.
