Merging Curtain Wall Panels

Hi,

Is there a function in revit to merge a number of curtain wall panels together into 1? All the panels I want to merge are adjacent to one another, seperated by grid lines.

Thanks

The user manual says there is, but doesn't say how.

You must delete the curtain grids. (completely, including all segments.)

This is from the Autodesk website...

  1. Create the curtain wall panels.
  2. See Curtain Walls, Curtain Grids, and Mullions.
  3. Add curtain grids.

    See Creating Rectangular Curtain Walls.

  4. Select a curtain grid.
  5. Click Modify Curtain Wall Grids tabCurtain Grid panelAdd/Remove Segments.
  6. Click on a curtain grid segment to remove it.

As you remove segments, adjacent panels join.

  7. Click in white space in the drawing area.

But if you have 2 different panel types, can you choose which one will transfer their instance properties to the new, merged panel?
