Managing Pinned Locations for a Team

Hello, asking here because I am stumped.

I want to manage the pinned recent files for my team. While education on how to use these pins is great for the team. I want to set the top 5 to be certain files. 

I do not know how to control the pin setting. I would assume it was in the USER Revit.INI file, but it is not. It must be an application setting somewhere and I have combed through the registry settings as well with no luck.

Has anyone came across these settings before? Where does revit remember that these items are pinned?

Hi Phaex,

that's stored in the UIstate.dat

%appdata%\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2014

 (or 2015 of course)

Thanks for the help. Is there a way to edit this file? At least see what it contains to decided if I want to set mine, then overwrite my user's files.
