Lock reference plane to wall

I am trying to lock a reference plane to a wall location. Is this possible? I want to move the reference plane and the wall follow. I keep having people who want to make the building bigger. (Until they get the concept of bigger costs more) 🙂

Use the align tool (found on the Modify tab of the ribbon).  Whan you align the wall to the reference plane then you can "lock" the wall to the reference plane to create a constraint between the 2.  When either the wall or the referecne plane is moved the other element will move as well.  The link to constraints above also has a video showing how to create different kinds of constraints including alignment constraints.
