Language settings in Revit Architecture 2012

It seems that the way to change the language settings for Revit Arch 2012 is different than for 2011.  I cannot find the Revit.ini file in the Program folder.

Can the langauge settings be changed in Revit Architecture 2012 without reinstalling?

I'm not sure about changing the language settings but the Revit.ini file is now located under (Windows 7):

C:\Users\<<UserName>>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012

The following blog post has more information:

One thing to note is that the .ini file is now user specific so any changes you make for one user does not affect other users on that machine.

The "master" .ini file (that loads for each new user on that machine) is located under:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit Architecture 2012\Program\UserDataCache
