Landings

This may be a simple feature to add in a floorplan but I can certainly find no simple way to make it happen. That is, putting a landing at the top of a short run of steps from a kitchen door down to a garage floor. The stairs property box shows no obvious way to add this option. Why? Where can I find it?

try creating a floor for the landing.

in the stair sketch, stretch out the top tread to become a landing.
