Keynoting within a schedule

Can you have a keynote parameter within a schedule?

The main goal is to have a list of items in our keynote textfile. When editing the schedule one of the parameters would be setup so when you choose that parameter column it will direct you to the keynotes.

That way, when the keynote is placed within the schedule, a seperate keynote schedule can be placed to explain it further.

Confusing enough?

I don't know of any way that Revit can link schedule information directly to the keynote file.

Sounds like the easiest solution would be to place text in the comment field of the schedule "See note No. 1"

That's what I figured. We have the manual text in now as you stated - didn't know if there was a programming feature or not.

Thanks

As Graig stated there is no way to link or add parameters from the Keynote text file to any schedule. That is why the Revit Factory reassigned Keynotes to identify with Legends in release 2009 versus Schedules in prior releases. Keynotes are not Schedules and therefore have no relationship to the parameters in a schedule.
