Joining wall and floor layers

Hi

 

I have a wall and floor which have basically the same layers. Is there a way to connect floor and wall layers like they connect at wall corners - ie on the attached picture on the left there is a vertical section of wall-floor connection. What I'd like to achieve is connection similar to the right picture

you have to adjust the floor border position in sketch mode as in my attached screencast....
