Irregular View Region 2012

I am under the impression that it is now possible to have an irregular shaped view region in Revit 2012. Does anyone know how to implement it?

View Region shapes in Revit 2012 [such as callouts] have the same functionality as Revit 2011.  They are currently limited to rectangular shapes by default.  This appears on the AUGI Wish Request board as well:
