After installing Revit Architecture 2011 Russian I've encountered the following problem. Text messages in dialog boxes (save file, close file, changes etc.) are in English. Other elements of interface are correctly translated.
I've already applied Service Pack 1, the problem still remains.

I am experiencing the same problem in the Spanish version. Have submitted the issue to my Autodesk vendor, let's see if they can change it in the next update...
