Import/link images 72 dpi

I am experimenting using MS Word to print outline numbered notes to the MS
Document Image Writer using a tiff format which I then save as a jpg format.
Then I import the jpg image to a drawing notes sheet. It works fairly quick.

The import/link image command brings the jpg into the document at 72 dpi. It
was a 300 dpi file before importing. Is there a way I can increase the
resolution in Revit greater than 72 dpi?

Thanks,

Arthur

Does anyone know the answer to my question? I know the Revit help file says
imported image files print grainy. Does that mean they are limited to 72
dpi?

My logo and stamp used to print grainy until I set Raster Quality in print
setup to Presentation.
