I have a problem with loading up a profile in my project

Hi,

I'm trying to add a profile for a wall that I made but every time I try to do that, my Revit just gives me an error and shuts itself down.

I go to Edit the type of the wall and there I click on the option Sweeps and there I try to add that profile I want to use and when I hit okay it automatically shuts down.

I don't know what to do about it!

Do you have any suggestions?

one initial suggestion would be to check the profile family and check whether it's an closed loop of lines and doesn't have extra lines.
