How to create a path like a spring

How do I create a path like a spring , I have a road which goes up a
mountain. the road goes up then turns in the opposite direction as it is
going up. i need to create a pavement which follows a "spring like path".
Ref planes are all straight.

You can make a sweep do this by creating an angled ref plane in elevation at the slope you want, then when you sketch the path of the road, pick that ref. plane as the work plane, this will draw your path at an angle. For an actual spring type spiral shape check augi. You may want to try using curved ramp segments they would work too. you will just have to do multiple ramps starting and stoping at various elevations.
