Hiding objects inside Family Editor

Is it possible to temporarily hide or isolate objects when working in the family editor? I'm bumping into this issue often in more complex families where objects that will be controlled with visibility switches are other objects are under them I need to work on.

Thanks!

Trevor

yes it is...only Temporary (1)

If you want to make permanently in the View (2) , as can be done in Project , you can not do it.

You can Hide/Isolate subcategories and other selected elements....

That will do exactly what I need - I can create a temporary subcategory, hide it, then move elements off it when I'm done and purge the temporary subcategory.

Thank you!
