Hatch Problem

When using a brick hatch pattern assigned to a material it does not display correctly when the boundary line is hidden.  Please refer to the two attached images.  The first shows the brick hatch with the boundary line shown.  The second shows the boundary line hidden using the linework tool.  The pattern should finish itself if the boundary line is hidden, but it does not.  This makes the drawing look incorrect.  Is there a way to allow the hatch pattern to finish if the boundary is hidden?

I think that the best Revit can do in this case is as shown in your image # 1. If you expect each brick to close when the boundary line is not there, that is not possible.

rlehman,

I think in this specific case, the only way is aligning the pattern with the boundary.

Best Regards.
